There is an unauthorised debit from my canara bank acount of 3000 rupees to riverislandshannon, co.irlie on 14.04.2017

its an scam transaction not authoried by ne

i never login and never got any otp password...
i never authorised such an transaction...'

cant believe such an security failure to lose the hard earned money
i want to get my money back and prevent any such security threats in future

I got an e-mail from amazon saying that they have processed a refund amount for a product i returned to them. The refund reference is 75260827091012583304033.
Kindly pay my refund back. Canara bank's customer care no. is fake and we dont know how to reach them online or telephonically as they pretend to be super busy.
