Canara Bank — Undue delay in actioning modified ppo

My modified ppo no. 08/14/b/cor/40027/2015 dated 21 jul 2015 was dispatched to cppc canara bank bangaluru vide letter no. Air hq/99798/703902/12/12/sp/dav dated 04 aug 2015. But after many reminders and giving xerox copy of ppo to my disbursing canara bank, subroto park, new delhi, still ppo is not actioned. Three times, the branch manager of my disbursing bank, had sent email to his hqs for this in front of me.
