Canara Bank — Unsupportive behaviour in closing the atal pension yojna

My Name is Prateek verma, with the account in the branch at Gorakhpur with IFSC CODE CNRB0018679 this. I visited more than many times in the branch but they were not closing me with the yojna called atal pension yojna, they always used to give excuses specially the manager . They also misguided me to join with this yojna.
Sir, help me to short out this
