Canara Bank — UPI Payment of Rs 3600 not credited in receiver account

I have made a transaction of Rs 3600 to Nutan Devi (UPI ID: BHARATPRE [protected]@fbpe) on 5 May 2022 (9:11 pm)

But the receiver is alleging that she has not received the money on her end. I have already raised the complaint to my home branch - Canara Bank - IFSC Code - CNRB0002518) but the team is not helping/ignoring the complaint.
