Dear canara bank,
I am writing this complaint with lot o[censored]nhappiness and dissatisfaction with your service. Post demonetization, it is observed that there is no money at all in your canara bank atms. I have checked this numerous times at your atms but the message "atm out of service, inconvenience regretted" always greets me. It really frustrates and as a customer i am totally not happy with your service. I also brought this to the notice of the canara bank employee but they simply lift their hands that the atm business is taken care by third party leaving the customers on tenterhooks. If this is the case then definitely we will migrate to some private banks.
And i assure you that this is the feedback of most of my friends who are having account with your bank.
I have an account in mahalakshmi layout branch, bengaluru but there also the service is horrible. The bank will be filled with so many people, it will be hot, suffocating and you people dont have acs running. What an unfortunate scene to witness. Most of the visitors are elderly people and they face problems in breathing and suffocation. I have not taken your credit card due to your below par service.
This is the case with banks and atm which are in a cosmopolitan metro city like bengaluru. I wonder what may be the case in sub-urban and rural areas..
