Canara Bank — Visa debit card amount not transfer online but deducted the amount

Hllo sir my name is surjeet sen my account no is[protected] and my ifsc code is cnrb0000381 i am paid dated 17.01.2017 three time online by my visa debit card to ucanapply.co. Mumbai but my account deduct and the amount all three time but not transfer to ucanapply.co. Mumbai the details are as below
