Canara Bank — why do legal heirs asked to personally come to bank | |||
I have a death claim for my fathers account in canara bank rishikesh branch. I have been asked to submit all the documents regarding the claim from all the legal hiers incuding indeminity bond which i am willing to furnish. However i am not sure why bank needs all the hiers to come to the bank for signatures? Its only for court proceeding all have to be present. This is very unfair on the clamaints.
