Canara Bank — Wrong communication address feeded and cheque book failed to deliver

Sir,
For the past 3 weeks, i have been going time and again to Canara Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi to open my savings bank account. Finally, when after 1 week they opened my account, they have entered wrong communication address due to which my cheque book returned.

Despite telling them that it is urgent, they have done everything they could to delay it. This is a case of pure harassment of customer.

My correct address is D/O Dharmendra Mishra, Hno. 8 Block No. 18, Dakshinpuri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-110062. They have entered Block 1B and Dharmendra Matra instead.

I want my address to be corrected and cheque book to be delivered at my place within 24 hours.
