Canara Bank — Wrong transfer of amount

Canara bank, Pattukkottai 614601.

On 30.07.2021, I ( Canara bank Account number [protected] ) paid Rs.59110 to Rajalakshmi motors ( Indian Bank Account number[protected] through QR code scanning method with Google pay. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary's account. After many attempts Later on 08.10.2021 they gave me a statement that the amount was transferred to AXIS bank ( account number [protected] ) and IFSC code : UTIB0000000 .

but still the amount is not refunded

It has been nearly 8 months since the issue was raised.

I request you to check the transaction and refund amount and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
