Candere Jewellery — Charged twice

This company has the worst customer service that I experienced in the recent past. They will not resolve the issue and will send mails to fill up customer satisfaction survey. Since those were regarding jewellery designs, I did not raise any complaint.

But this time it was related to a payment. I have been sending this mail for the last couple of days, and as usual, there is no response.

Hi Team,

I had mailed you guys earlier and you guys did not resolve the issue as usual.

For this order number, ORDER # [protected], I have been charged twice. The guy from Delhivery who came to deliver said that the first payment didn't go through, and it was showing the same on the screen that it is still waiting for confirmation. He asked me to pay again, and I did, and I don't see any refund for the first payment. So I have been charged twice.

Be rest assured that this will be my last shopping with you guys. So either you guys be happy with the Rs. 863 extra which you charged me twice, or refund my money and expect more business in future.
