Absolute pathetic service, we brought a bracelet which was meant to be a GIFT for a NEW BORN BABY, the order took almost one month to deliver and we were charged extra even though we didn’t order any customization.

All the above would have been acceptable if you would have kept your word on quality but the bracelet bangle delivered is completely out of shape and have a very sharp protrusion which could have caused injuries to the baby.

This is the quality control you have in place for your kid’s collection????? This was meant to be a memorable gift for the baby. Disgusting..

Kindly take back your product and initiate refund

Order Date: 11.10.2020) . Right now necklace are small black spots, went to exchange with camac street branch kalyan jewellers(Kolkata) on 10/09/2023.They refused to accept this as i was purchase from online store. They only suggests don't buy gold online in future. If i was buy from this store then they will take care for that and also they suggest kindly complain in online. I connected through WhatsApp service in kalyan jewellers. They suggest do a complaint in this email. So that i get justice for the same. I am sharing all documents like purchase details and all.they return the product with buyback price. But still 4 days done. Refund not initiated.

I was Oder on time product is different but I have totally different like material, wt, width, metal and gross weight also so I have received totally different Oder and refund my total amount as per original payment method,

I m really not satisfied with your response. Each one is telling different thing. I told clearly before placing the order that i need it before 15 May and then only i placed the order. I placed the order on 28th April they informed me i will get it in 28days. Its going to be a month time now. I have been following daily with calling and mailing the team reagrding this,
Than after that I have received totally different and customer not ready to refund my 100% Amount, Worst experience of my life was that I purchased order from their website, these people are fraud, This is my sincere request to anyone who is reading this please do not buy anything from them. They take almost 25to 30days for the order to dispatch and then handover your expensive stuff to some 3rd class logistics company called BVC logistics these logistics people refuse your delivery for many many days and if the order is handed to their executive he fails your delivery stating that customer was non answering and when you call them to inform that you did not receive any call they inform you that we are short staffed hence could not deliver so in short your expensive order is handed to unreliable people. So please be aware of these people they are completely fraud.

This company has the worst customer service that I experienced in the recent past. They will not resolve the issue and will send mails to fill up customer satisfaction survey. Since those were regarding jewellery designs, I did not raise any complaint.

But this time it was related to a payment. I have been sending this mail for the last couple of days, and as usual, there is no response.

I had mailed you guys earlier and you guys did not resolve the issue as usual.

For this order number, ORDER # [protected], I have been charged twice. The guy from Delhivery who came to deliver said that the first payment didn't go through, and it was showing the same on the screen that it is still waiting for confirmation. He asked me to pay again, and I did, and I don't see any refund for the first payment. So I have been charged twice.

Be rest assured that this will be my last shopping with you guys. So either you guys be happy with the Rs. 863 extra which you charged me twice, or refund my money and expect more business in future.

I m really not satisfied with your response. Each one is telling different thing. I told clearly before placing the order that i need it before Wednesday and then only i placed the order. I placed the order on oct 19 they informed me i will get it in 20 days. Its going to be a month time now. I have been following daily with calling and mailing the team reagrding this. They informed me it will be dispatched on Monday and i will get it on Wednesday. Now when i called they are saying it will take two days to dispatch itself. Then if i m not going to get this on Wednesday its of no use . If you cant keep up the promise why are you promising me the same.. even Saturday they told me u will get it before Wednesday.. now they are saying differently. What is happening.. i really fed up calling and mailing you.. such an irresponsible behaviour. I have been sending mails too continuosly. What is the use of it. Please can you do something of this

I have purchased a gold necklace order number [protected] and was promised for the delivery on 20 Oct.

Till today I haven't received the order and the article is marked as delivered on their site.

My entire money is with them and now they are not responding to my watsapp pings or emails.

They have one another order from me which they are refusing cancelation saying it will charge 10 percent of the value. While the full payment for that is jlnot don't and considering this experience how can I trust them for any order as I dont want same pain and game of lies again.

It's lots and lots of mental harresment and financial cheating from their end.

Please help me.

I had ordered an jewelery on 6th Aug n supposed to be delivered after 15-20 days but till now not delivered and they are also not helping me to track my order... Whenever I am calling them they just telling me that it will be delivered by tomorrow or today... I had already paid 10, 000 as partial payment.

Don't trust and please don't place any order I did prepaid order and it never reached I'm still waiting customer service telling daily it will dispatch today tomorrow end of the day bla bla but it been 1 month still my order is in packing I'm vexed and online gold shopping is good in other websites but not ata ll in candere.com please believe me and don't go for this website

I purchased one simple solitaire platinum ring. It got broke within few months. I asked for buyback or lifetime exchange. I expected it to be lil handling charge or some minor loss for me.
But shockingly it was a huge loss. Nearly 13 k ring i purchased and they are asking for 6000 odd worth...??? Unbelievable frauds. Such a big loss for few months wear? So stupidly i believed for thier guarenteed promises.

Candere send me defective product and when I am asking to repair they says it's not possible. Asking me to submit and repurchase new product which is higher price and why should I purchase in Loss?

I had ordered two gold coins on 8/12/21 one each for two of my friends whose marriage is on 22/12 and 25/12. But on around 15th, the order was put on hold and no communication was done to me. I waited for one day and I myself approached sales department. They replied after 1 day asking for some documents. Then I decided to get my order cancelled and get refund so that I can buy similar gift offline to my friends since even if i produce documents, my order won't reach my friends on time of occasion.
After all a gift is a gift if given on the special day or ocassion.

It has been 3 days since I requested cancellation of my order. I have got neither reply nor any update on website from candere.
This has caused me suffer alot with mental pressure and lot of dissatisfaction because I could not gift my friends.

This is the worst part of service from candere, playing with hard earned money of the customers.

I cancelled my order due to some personal money problem
I have 47 thousand as my partial payment
They said they will refund me but there is no update from past 5 days
My order is still not yet cancelled too
If asked they say they have not yet submitted the cancel request
Im continuously calling from two days to the customer care
My calls are not atall answered
I wanna raise complaint on this candere

Is this really a site by Kalyan jewellers? If so these complaints should be strictly monitored. I ordered a golden bangles for my kid, which after regourous follow up it has been delivered that too way beyond the estimated delivery time. Then I received a mail from Pawan Harshwal - CC executive saying they are going to refund me certain amount which they have mentioned asking for my account details for the same. After that I mailed him so many times but no reply. This site can't be trusted at all it should be banned immediately as it frauds people.

I ordered a pair of earrings almost a month ago. But there’s no delivery date till now. I have tried multiple times but I couldn’t even talk to any customer care executive.
Pathetic service, Now I doubt if the entire website is a fraud.

In March 2020 I booked a gold kada from candere on instalments and then lockdown happened I paid them the first instalment, but after that was not able to make it so I requested them to refund my money which is a substantial amount. The reply I got was shocking that they will deduct 10% of the total amount of kada to which I strongly objected but they refused saying it’s the company policy so irequested them to give me something of my choice from the site to which they are not replying it’s been more than a year I’ve been calling them but every time they look into it and don’t do anything really disappointed with this brand will not recommend it to my enemy as well

I have ordered a product worth of 3, 98, 400 INR for wedding on April 24th and they were supposed to deliver it by May 25th. I urged them almost daily to expedite it as it is meant for an important occassion and followed up almost daily ( you can ask them for all the chat and call recordings) and they just passed the entire time by not giving any proper updates and i spent restless nights ( as i'm staying in US) just to follow up and get it on time and finally they didn't delivered it and i failed to get it for the occassion. When i ask them for compensation for not delivering it on time and wasting all my time, energy and efforts they totally disregarded and refused to give any compensation and asking me to wait and its already June 1st and no update yet.

Received the damaged product after complaining so many times didn’t get any response I want refund as soon as possible

I have bought a ring in online portal of brand kalyan jewellery with candere jewellers, the ring size which i get is wrong, it is too small to me, so that i applied for return, they said 10% will be applied, so that i accept that deduct after lot of conversation with them, even they delayed in pick up the item also.
I applied return for may 30th but they pick up item on june 5th and even on june 5th one person collected the order after that the mail i received that says june 6th scheduled for pick up.
Then after pick up, they mailed me it takes 2 to 3 days for processing on checkup the item and will proceed for refund, then later waiting for processing for refund

Then on june 15th they mailed me, they will process the refund. But till i didn't get any refund of my money. Its june 27th now, almost 1 month now and iam getting too much irritated and mental stress in this, because iam staying in hostel, frankly saying don't have much money to pay for hostel rent also. Is there any way to help me in this.

I received both mangalsutra pendants i ordered for, without the promised 2 0.5 gm gold coins which was given as an offer on their website.

I had specifically ensured a value of above 25 k on the site to get the gold coins free and it was also dis[played during check out. As i had the 10% october discount coupon-oct10, i used the same to get additional discount.

Nowhere was it mentioned that i will lose out on the gold coin offer.

Additionally, i also made an additional payment of rs 938 on one of the orders as requested by candere, for more gold being there in the jewellery.

I am extremely disappointed at not receiving the 4 coins of 0.5 grams, 2 for each order, please find the screen shot, even after chosing the discount option, the free offer was also showing up.

Candere-kindly have the gold coins shipped if you want to keep a loyal customer happy.

I order white gold ring from www.candere.com.
I haven't received on given time period. It delayed 4 days. Candere client relationships manager said that we have terminals issues.

L request you kindly give some me delay charge in amount/gift. Last 3 days he/she told me wait he/she talk with logistic department.

On the oocasion of Akshaya Trithiya I ordered a god coin online for my wife- ORDER NUMBER : 67972 After a week, I am yet to receive the shipment and now thy request for scanned copy of address proof, card details etc again. The online payment is already done and this was never mentioned that all these stupid processes need to be followed. I would want to cancel my order and get a refund. Terrible service Prashaanth
