In March 2020 I booked a gold kada from candere on instalments and then lockdown happened I paid them the first instalment, but after that was not able to make it so I requested them to refund my money which is a substantial amount. The reply I got was shocking that they will deduct 10% of the total amount of kada to which I strongly objected but they refused saying it’s the company policy so irequested them to give me something of my choice from the site to which they are not replying it’s been more than a year I’ve been calling them but every time they look into it and don’t do anything really disappointed with this brand will not recommend it to my enemy as well Was this information helpful? |
