I ordered 3 products (2 nose pin and 1 necklace) from their website on 13th July 2022.
I got a phone call and was informed that they cannot accept my order because incorrect price was registered for 1 nose pin on their website. I accepted it and 1 nose pin has been cancelled on the same day only. Customer support told me that the refund is to be initiated in 5-7days.
Now it is 27th July 2022, no refund is initiated yet. I have not received any email confirmation for my order and cancellation as well. They are KALYAN GROUP however cannot trustable company at all. Please refund money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
