On 24/06/2023 I booked order no [protected] (golden Mesh Peacock Diamond Chain Bracelet), the expected Delivery date was 11/07/2023 i.e. delivery was to be made in 17 days but today is August 18, 2023 i.e 55 days have elapsed and they are not delivering the product & also not refunding the money.

I made numerous phone calls and sent many mail but every time they are making false promise that the product will be despatched within 2 to 4 days.

Everytime I make call the customer executive will say that product is under QC or Hallmarking and so on.

    Placed an order on Akshya tritiya day.(23rd APRIL)..the cost for that was 28000 with 22000 discount inclusive of credit card/making charges offer..
    The delivery date was 1st May..
    They delay the delivery without informing the reason...
    15days later they are asking to pay 6000 pending amount after which they will ship the product..
    After complaint to customer care and mailing them the issues...
    They are now asking to pay 13000... They are clearing cheating and false advertising on website with these offers...
    Still now they are not clarify as to why should I pay the surplus amount..
    Moreover for refund they are deducting unnecessarily 5000..
    Is this how they fool and cheating innocent people?

      I have been Regarously following up for my order which has to be delivered by 12 May 2023, when ever I reach out to the customer care they keep saying it's out for delivery and will be deliver by EOD today. Whereas there is no email nor sms from courier service or from candere that it will be delivered, from past 5days it shows out for delivery in candere website under my account order status, I really doubt is it real Or fake site. Does...

      Hi Team,
      I would like to complaint about Candere.com
      I have placed order about a month back but still it is not dispatched.
      I have been following up with customer support team from many weeks and the only response i am getting is it will be dispatched in a day or two which never happened.
      These people are fooling us by not dispatching the product on time and just doing fake advertising and promises

        I ordered 3 products (2 nose pin and 1 necklace) from their website on 13th July 2022.

        I got a phone call and was informed that they cannot accept my order because incorrect price was registered for 1 nose pin on their website. I accepted it and 1 nose pin has been cancelled on the same day only. Customer support told me that the refund is to be initiated in 5-7days.

        Now it is 27th July 2022, no refund is initiated yet. I have not received any email confirmation for my order and cancellation as well. They are KALYAN GROUP however cannot trustable company at all. Please refund money as soon as possible.

          DONT BUY FROM CANDERE.COM..its not even linked to kalyan jewellers..i asked the store and they said they dont do servicing of jewellery bought from Candere so i dont know why they are promoting as same company.THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND NOT SEND THE JEWELLERY AND THEN BLAME YOU .
          I ordered a diamond ring worth 25k from candere, this was my 45th order from the site..i had never faced any problem earlier but this time the ring box was empty..i contacted candere and then the blame game started…after finally both courier service and candere cs blaming each other for 6 weeks the great minds of candere cs decided that I was the problem and decided to close the case…i was blamed for not taking an unpacking video(not mentioned any where on the website that u need to do this), i received an intact package with a blue tamper proof seal but the seal was completely different from the original packaging(which i realised after they sent me the packing video, after 7 days)they sent me a packing video and that is the only proof they have..i asked them to send me videos or photos from the delivery checkpoints it was received but they transferred me to a courier partner who doesnt receive calls nor reply to seen texts…i have been asking them for info regarding the delivery personnel but that is also not available.
          DTDC has clearly stated that it was a third party courier service used so they dont have the details so now im stuck with no ring, no money and immense psychological and physical trauma for last 6 weeks with no help from candere cs

            I ordered a ring from their online portal. However, the finishing of the ring was so bad that it was sharp on the inner side and it was hurting me. Since I had the option to exchange the product, I immediately raised an exchange request. Selected a bangle instead. After which, their customer service was so bad. I was always mislead about the delivery date. Multiple times their customer care and jewellery expert told me I would receive the product. But after a while they just said it’s been returned to Mumbai( this is after I dropped multiple emails to their support). Even now, they don’t respond to calls or emails.

              I had ordered a Tushi Bangle from Candere online. The details of the product are as follows:

              Nitima Tushi Kyra Gold Bangle
              Quantity: 1
              Order Date: Feb, 02 2022
              Amount: Rs.24846.00 (Prepaid using credit card)
              Order#: 1032786

              The expected delivery date was Feb 16, 2022. Till date (March 22, 2022), it has not been delivered. Everytime I enquire, I am told that it is in Quality Check and will be delivered in 3-4 working days. Now, I am being told, it is being re manufactured, though the website says its still going through quality check.

              I was supposed to gift it to someone who was travelling out of station on March 10, 2022. Therefore, I had kept a window of more than a month for the order. I am highly disappointed and resentful with their service.

              Please request you to look into the matter.

                  I had ordered a a gold ring from Candere, by Kalyan Jewellers on 27th Dec 2021, I received the product on 19th Jan 2021 but needed a size change. After multiple calls to the support centre of Candere, the Customer executive Mr. Rakesh assured to me that the system will place the order of the new ring as soon as the wrong measurement ring was picked and received.
                  The old ring reached Candere on 25th January 2022 and the date of the new delivery promised to be by Mr. Rakesh was 3rd Feb 2021. I did not receive the product. On making multiple attempts to reach Candere support executive, I was informed the order was not at all placed as there was technical issue at the time.
                  They placed a new order of the ring on 3rd Feb 2021 and since then I have been following incessantly to get a date of delivery. Mr. Avinash, another executive informed I will receive the ring on 3rd March 2021 but again no delivery. Each time I contact the support centre I am informed that an executive will get back within 10 mins. I never received a call. I request the action in the matter as the company is taking beyond 3 months to deliver a product. I did not proceed to cancel the order from the website, as each time I was assured a delivery date but the delivery did not happen.

                    I purchased jewellry form candere online in the month of month where there staff delivered goods after taking payment and giving discount for some reason which i cant remember. I purchased a good in august'2019 and requested to deliver the same on dhateras and made the payment prior. Just 3 days days before delivery they tortured me and told it cannot be delivered as some amount amount of previous order was not clear.
                    How they can deliver a product without receiving payment and without giving any reminder even after delivery.
                    Anyway i was serious for dhanteras so made that payment. But still dont believe that edited accounts list.
                    Need help and wold appreciate if they will be equally asked question and get the matter clear for me.

                      I didn't like the product and requested for return of it and refund my amount on 28april.
                      I tried them call but they are not supportive. They told me to mail again. I mailed again. I tried on whatsapp also. But all in vain. Today is 5th may nearly 10days. But upto now they have not proceeded my return and refund request. Waste customer service.

                        I ordered one diamond ring and the delivery date was 27th January, but i haven’t receive my order as of now.
                        When i enquired then i came to know that it will still take 3 more days to complete the process.
                        So i again confirmed that why is it happen you guys are not keeping your promise to deliver the product within that expected delivery date, after that i am not getting any response from any of them neither helpline as well. I just want to know whether candere is a genuine or not because they are not capable to keep their promises for the delivery as on expected date.
                        And one more request to team as well please do response whenever the concern raised

                          Hi,

                          My name is bulbul and I have ordered a diamond ring and i cancel the order before it was dispatched . They also have a return/refund policy of 30 days . I have requested for refund over call + mails since 10 days but still they are not confirming the amount of refund .

                          They have not processed the refund . This is my credit card which was used to pay the amount . A bill has been generated on it just because they have not refunded the money . 10 days are passed and i have not received any satisfactory response from them.
