I ordered a ring from their online portal. However, the finishing of the ring was so bad that it was sharp on the inner side and it was hurting me. Since I had the option to exchange the product, I immediately raised an exchange request. Selected a bangle instead. After which, their customer service was so bad. I was always mislead about the delivery date. Multiple times their customer care and jewellery expert told me I would receive the product. But after a while they just said it’s been returned to Mumbai( this is after I dropped multiple emails to their support). Even now, they don’t respond to calls or emails.
