I bought a Candes Florence fan 1 yr ago. It is in warranty period of 2 years. Now It makes too much internal noise. I called to the Candes customer care and registered a complaint on 22/08/23. Complaint no. UP-C[protected]. But even after 10 days they didn't provide any resolution.
