I have received Candes 10 Ltr GA10 Storage - Geysers White on 01/12/2018 and on installation by your service engineer found that cut off and start on indicators are not functioning. Please arrange to repair the same as soon as possible.

I have candes 10 L Gyser and i had already complaint on 7 th novmber bt now its 12 novmber and my problem is not resolved... Its very bad CANDES company service...my Gyser is not working and i bought on 6th October bt i had install on 5 th novmber and Suddenly is not wroking with sprakling on light plz resolved my problem

My candes water geyser not working with waranty

I bought this geyser 6 Lt last year online and hardly used for 2 months. This season when started, water started leaking out geyeser. For last 2 months, I am trying to get their contact number. There are 3 numbers. 1st number is out of service, 2nd number they never pick. 3rd number they are always busy.

I sent whatsapp as well but no reply.

What a pathetic service. I want consumer forum to please listen my complaint. Totaly wastage of money.

Candes gyzer 25 l is dripping problem and cut off problem since from purchase No response from the customer care service whom to contact and still it's in warranty if any help to reach me contact me to this Number [protected]

We have bought 4 fans of Candes In March 2021.3 fans we fixed in our Pune house which is closed and one in our Mumbai house where we stay. Since its installation fan is giving horrible noise. We contacted immediately to customer care. The technician came after a week and he told motor is faulty need to change. We were almost waiting for15 days for parts. Mumbai team was fooling us. Then lockdown was imposed. Still we are staying without fan.
Yesterday only I had talk with Mr. Kamal who is company customer care head of India, he is such rude and insensitive person. He was talking rudely. I have been cheated by this company. I asked for action against this man but after repeated requests customer care is not providing me details of higher authority.
