Ordered a product got defective and complaint but the company representative did not refund or replaced the product as started repair initiative and after the service the product got defective again. Refund policy was only 7 days but they ended my return policy by asking me to wait for more than 22 days for a repair and they are saying that the product won't get refunded as it is out the return policy. Customer representative is hanging up phone and ignoring or disconnecting the call. No resolution so far called many time and they are not even registering a repair and asking me to get the item repaired at local shop and they will pay. The product is faulty and I guess it will again get defective. I asked for a refund and they are denying it.
