I am one of your customers. I have purchased three candes fans. One fan worked for few days and suddenly stopped working. I have raised a complaint about this to support in May. But due to lockdown, they denied providing service. So I again generated a complaint request in September. But still, support avoids the request and does nothing. I have discussed this with Mr. Kamal and he also did not tackle this issue and avoid it. Now I have got the number from support Mr. Varun Singhal but he is also not picked up the phone and avoid the complaint.
Please let me know is the way candes tackle there customers for services?
