Canopus Total Services Private Limited / Canopus Fincorp — regarding my refund after cancellation letter submitted

Applied for funds till now they don't made my refund of rs 11000 from last 3 years, only providing alternates dates one after one last told that any how refund will be made on 25 feb 2020 but now no any phone number is working, i am going to file a case against canopus company and all the employees working in it or belongs to it. Transaction was made on 19/01/2018 and cancellation application was submitted on 26/06/2018
