Recharge amount has been debited from my bank account but niether credited to my game account nor returned to the bank account

My name is Anto Rohit my pan number is CDCPA5012P there is some account reflecting in my cibil the amount is 2058 in overdue in the name of P.C Finance service limited in the date[protected] and closed in[protected] in personal loan my contact number is [protected] i have make the payment but the amount is reflecting in my cibil the P.C finance account number is[protected] account type person loan

I have bought a Nokia Led Tv from flipkart online shoping company along with 3 years waranty protection which is provide by Jeeves company part of flipkart's company.

on[protected] my Tv had repair while watching the Tv, Then i have called wit flipkart & Jeeves comapny they said that thier thenision will visit at my home town for further process.

since 20 days no one comes to my home for the repaire process and i have called and mailed many times, but did not responding me properly

it means they cheating through like a additional protection plan basis...

flipkart saying we do not know about Jeeves company so we can't nothing...

My 3 year old Jeep compass (odometer reading 59000) has problem in alternator, Somehow managed to bring the car at Lucknow Service centre at Polytechnic Chauraha, they assured me to get it replaced within 10-12 days but after 10 days when I contacted them they are saying it will take almost 1 more week. Terrific experience of Jeep..cars of other brands run about 1.5Lakh kms without any problem but Jeep starts eating ur hard earned money just after 30-40 thousnads Kms ..after running 59000 I have got replaced clutch, tyres, battery and now it's alternater...it's horrible experience with Jeep.

I Am Vignesh .M Dear capfloat I didn't take any kind of loan from your company. And in my cibil score report there is showing my consumer loan in 2000 ruppes in 22/06/2020 show please it delete my name and inform cibil it.

Booked air-travel ticket through website "www.travolook.in" on14th August 2021, however, immediately paying the money through Amazon Pay. The transaction got cancelled and received message from Company that it was due to some operational reason and the merchant communicated that I can expect the full refund within a week. After a week on 21th Aug I called them they said I will get the money on my account by tuesday (24th Aug) . I called again on 26th Thrusday.

I haven't received It is 27th May today and even after repeated reminders, there is no refund credited back to my account. Calling the customer care is no help as they are giving different excuse.

I tired them on Twitter and they mentioned different story. I am broke already and I need my hard earned money asap.

Today while returning back from airport, satff at ATHAANG DEVANAHALLI TOLLWAY PRIVATE LIMITED
Told that there is no balance in the account taken and taken twice the amount. Futher after five minute I got message that they have deducted toll charges from my fastag account also.
These people are very ill behaved and they are cheater. Penalty should be imposed on the twice the amount which they have wrongfully collected from me.

Applied for funds till now they don't made my refund of rs 11000 from last 3 years, only providing alternates dates one after one last told that any how refund will be made on 25 feb 2020 but now no any phone number is working, i am going to file a case against canopus company and all the employees working in it or belongs to it. Transaction was made on 19/01/2018 and cancellation application was submitted on 26/06/2018

This is by far the most fraud company known. The biggest cheater is the owner Sawar Singh Rawat. He is a very bad mouthed and vulgar person. They cheat people a lot. Not a single loan has been disbursed by this company so far. Do not fall in their trap. I am shocked that in these times of the fair Modi Govt. how come companies and cheaters like these are working so openly that too in front of a Govt, Office. Govt. and police should certainly take actions against these frauds and stop their business at the earliest.

First call by ms rekha and told me they are giving loan very easy condition. Then heard from her their conditions and maje sone parties fir serve their loan from this company. Then sent 6 parties profiles partly and company sent their offer letter which noticed fir pay 3000/- to 15000/ as per parties serious requirenent. All parties paud the same to their icici bank account ajmer branch by rtgs. Then after call verification they sent approval letter which bersaing notice to pay 30000/- to 15000/ accordingly parties loan amount requirement. And then sent their all agreement copies and guarantor bond, govt undertaking bond, solvency certificate. Which they have not told previously, but parties had been agreed to make guarantor bond etc but can't arranged solvency, but that time nr avishek came to an acting to convince by various style and pressurised me to make more parties for loan and 8 reject his proposal. Next conversation start by ms yashika and told me no need to give solvency only govt undertaking bond will carry the whole process. All parties has sent all documents within february 2018 and which started to given files from september 2017, l.. And ms yashika given disburse date 28 th march 2018 and failed. Then some days she was playing hide and seek. Then again given date within june 2018 again failed and she has gone out from this scene 9f fraudulent drama. Next cane ms astha and she has given sone date again failed, in this time she was given her call transferred to hod, ankit. He was a new style, that he nothing knows about files taken time and time by a month over and that time he was continue rotating all parties by call directly. Suddenly he has given decision for a big loan amount ecotherm and convinced party to sent a mail that urgently send 70000/- pay and take within 4 days his amount disbursal, party was hurry for his business and paid. Nearly week to week passed but can't given disbursed. And suddenly ms tashfia and ms astha told that he faced accident his eyes damaged and slowly he gone out of dramatic scene. Next cane at october ms arpita and she taken charge and promised for disbursed within october 2018. She again failed. Again cake in the scene ms astha and told ke another finance they had arranged kindly sent cancellation letter for previous consignment of finance will cancelled vide she has sent mail also. After convinced all parties by direct call to parties. There was a written alaffdabit that parties can't go to case anywhere. But they have sent that cancellation against company mail which was clear stated by company that when party send their cancellation then they will do disburse or refund the amount. And started a new dramatic chapter fraudulent gesture company officials, ms yashika, ms astha continue rotating upto december 2018. Here is now a great fraudulent task they had done. Once morning in january 2019 some official and mr rajib singh pathore (Hod) as he told and 8nf8rmed me that ms 6ashika and ns astha and someone all expired by road accident. Unbelievable all this things they happened with us. And when i gone january 30 th 2019 to ajmer for sone other work mr rajib pathore told that he was outstation and nobody knew about yourself. Within february 15 th 2019 will refund all parties. And hoto today 26 th april he was promised to pay. But continue given refund date and failed and playing with us. They total taken rs 3, 95, 000, /-. I have all documents and receipt, all mails, recordings. Have to do enquiry by police, cid, cbi. And also ministry of corporate affairs to enquiry to this company how can they got registration to make fool the needy people and grab the money. One thing they telling finances not return back money to pay you. They thought all peoples are fool if you have not the money for refund why you have opened a company. Actualy they are making peoples fool and make drama and not refunding. And all parties thought about me something wrong. I am Located from Gujarat Surat District .The company agent Named Ravi Shah Mo. No. [protected] take me Rs.43000 for Registretion charges from Approved Loan 10, 00, 000 [10 Lekhs Rupes]. And after I was deposited this ammount in ICIC Bank Acc No.[protected] On Dated 23/08/2018 .After deposited ammount Company canceld the loan Application. Ajmer, as usual process of canopus i have provide all documents asked by canopus total services pvt ltd after that they provide me an offer letter of 15 lakhs on 15/12/2017 and asked to pay 3000 rupees as file login charge and i have paid the amount through icici bank deposit on their company account after that i was got an approval letter on 24/01/2018 rupees of 15 lakhs for 20 years of tenure period with 7% interest application no: udi/cts/0082sai32288sa0cf21cg6885888. After that i have paid again 45000 rupees as a loan processing charge to their company account no through deposit machine (10000) and other 35000 rupess through neft/imps from my account aftyer that i have provide 500 rupees of affidavit bond paper & 100 rupees of gurantor bond paper and i have courier all types of documents through indian post office to canopus total services pvt ltd. Again they asked me to provide another 500 rupees of blank bond paper with signature and 2 nos of cancel cheque against solvency certificate i have provide all documents and they got all related materials form me before 31/03/2018 but tiull now they did not provide me loan and now they did not pick my call. Please help me as soon as possible its already to late. I am belong from a poor family and i have provide 48000 rupees to canopus total services pvt ltd. Taking from my local money lender with 10% monthly interest please help its very difficult to provide 10% monthly interest to my lender.
