Cantabil — I am complaining about staff cheating

I am Mir Aamir. I went to your store located in Srinagar in July probably this year when it was opened recently.

I made my first shopping there. It was really very good experience. Staff there was very warm.

Then it happened, before few days that i got a call from the store and they informed me about 50% discount coupon. So today I managed to go there for shopping again and purchased things for around ₹16000.

I told them about coupon. Still While making bill they didn't redeem my coupon. I paid them the amount. At home i check my bill and found that they have not redeemed my coupon and then i called them and they said that it can't be done now as we have already issued bill.

I want my 50% refund ASAP.
