Date 23 6.2015 5:30 to 6:00 PM Clothing had been purchased from Jaipur store and a polite enquiry was made in person regarding replacement at Udaipur outlet. The behaviour of staff who attended us was not at all coutreous and left us dismayed and disillusioned with Cantabil.
Cantabil customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Cantabil Trouser complaint

    I had bought Cauterized trouser from the Kailas Carpet Company Cannaught Place on Oct 16, 2013 and washed the trouser at home. It distemper(defected) in just one wash. I went to the shop again to replace the above. But the shopkeeper was not co-operative and refused to entertain my request and said it is not comes under manufacturing warranty. He refused to replace or return the garments. I told him that Trouser from other brands when washed...

    I purchased 2 shirts of Rs 1499/- each on 1st November 2013 from Yuvraj Creations Cantabil Showroom Bathinda, there was an offer of buy 2 and get 1 free. As I purchased 2 shirts of Rs 1499/- each, men working there in the showroom said that the free shirt you can purchase can be maximum of Rs 1499/-. The shirt I selected as free one was of Rs 1199/- but there was some issue of size with it. I asked them if I could replace the shirt if there is some issue, they said yes it is possible. Next day on 2nd November I went back to them as I was having issue with the shirt I purchased as free one. Men working there said that ok sir you can select another one. I selected another shirt, its cost was Rs 1499/-. I said fine give me this one. He said that you have to make the balance payment. I said for what? Yesterday you said that the free shirt could be maximum of Rs 1499/- and I am taking the shirt whose price is Rs 1499/- itself so balance payment for what? He said no sir this was for yesterday, now as you are replacing it today so it wont be possible and you have to pay balance payment. I said that this is ridiculous. But nothing happened.

    T-Shirt Colour Fade away

      i bought a party wear shirt before 6 months from cantabil store in tdi mall,agra. but on the second wash , the shirt is cut on the edges , this company is very fraud . when they sell their goods then, salesman said : this is very fine & nice quality and this is good but when we used the goods is very cheap and lowest category.

        I bought a trouser from Cantabil Retail, India Limited, shop no.-5, first floor, pacific mall, sahibabad, Ghaziabad, on[protected]. But after one wash i found that the color has been fade. The color of trouser was black but now you can see the white visible spot on it. I return the that trouser on[protected] and after 8 days i got a call from that shop. The person was saying that, this is not the defect while i bought the trouser he was saying that i can change the trouser within 60 days if i got any defect in fabric. Unfortunately i got the defect with in 15 days. But now the response from cantabil is not good they are den-ay to change the trouser.
        Please help me to change the trouser. If i don't get the response from your side, i will go to Consumer Court.

          I bought a shirt (7715353/shirt/obuc7173) dated 23/7/11 memo no.[protected] and Tin no.[protected] from APPARELS HEADQUARTERS ,Janak Place ,District Centre ,Janak Puri. I had gone to exchange the size of shirt but i ws told that it can be done only when the summer stock is available.To this , I asked them to exchange it with winter stock and they clearly rejected my request.

          Now what to do? It is lying at our home of no use with money blocked.I hardly think any objection in exchanging it with winter stock.Please help us .This is not acceptable on part of such big store like Cantabil.Our experience is bad ,so we won't ask anybody to further go there.
          take appropriate action as soon as possible.

            The store advertises that buy 2 take 11 and the price of 2 cloths is kept so high that you would get more than 11 clothing in the market in that price.

            cantabil — staff misbehave

            I want to bring in ur notice that in Jagat farm (Gr. Noida ,Gautam Buddha Nagar), Cantabil representative (Mr. Avdhesh) is not able to satisfy his customers. They are tampering ur great brand image.as well as the goodwill of the company. Mr. avdhesh was misbehaving and when i said that i will complaint against you, he replied that such complaints don't impact him and he is not scared of it. i would like you to take action against Mr. Avdhesh. so that such incidents could not happen again in future.
            i am totally agree with this complaint...
            the bar code which is coated in my bill is not the same as given in the tag . and also there is stiching problem in that shirt .as the stiches started comming out in the first use .and indecient behaviour was observed in the cashier.

              I have purchased burmuda costing Rs 1249.00 from Parel showroom of Cantabil International clothings on 20th June 2009. The chain of the bermuda is not working properly & is not completely closing & opening. I have shown it to the Bhopal showroom, as currently i am staying in Bhopal. They are unable to reply & want the bill which is not with me. I have written email to [protected]@cantabil.com on 31.08.2009, but have no response.

              As you know, for any exchange you have to show the purchase (Bill). Without it no showroom will agree for exchange.

              Hello Cantabil International care,
              The moment of sold this product shop owner said that peeling & quality issue will not be accord with this woolen product,
              Now The Shop manager statements totally opposite, whatever he comment while purchasing now he is not agree to listen any thing.

              Why peeling problem has accord with in 2 week ? its means product having poor quality.

              I could not understand why not shop owner had not informed me that this woolen product having this kind of problem.

              So you please take issue very Seriously, Infect this product having qualty issue, so Cantabil need to provide refund of the woolen product due poor Manufacture problem.

                i am buy a pack of 3 t-shirt on 6 august, 2009 from cantabil show room, after use & wash they shrink, when i m going to return this piece on 16 august, 2009 they they told me to come on after 1.00 pm .then they told me to come on after 2 days, after 2-3 days they telling me that he want to show this t-shirt to man coming from company, and taking my number .& saying that they cal me in 1-2 days.but at recent on 23 august, 2009 there is no information from there side.

                  After purchasing I had worn it twice & Rashes had occurred on arms. So I went to outlet & discussed with the outlet owner, but he didn’t gave me any satisfactory reply. Than I talked to one of your company employee Mr.Sanjeev Shrivastav on Mobile Nos : [protected] & land line numbers :[protected]O) at New Delhi Office even though he didn’t clarify me any thing and refused to change the sweater. Even I had not washed the sweater till date.


                  Copy of Bill & Photographs of the sweater are attached with this mail. On part of such a big brand company it is not justified at your end.

                  I hope that an exchange or a refund will be expedited to protect our opinion of CANTA BILL. A quick response to the same will be highly appreciated.

                    I want to bring in ur notice that in sriganganagar (Rajasthan), Cantabil showroom owners are not able to satisfy their customers. They are tampering ur gr8 brand image.

                    I want to quote one example here, what they had done with me. I purchased one Track Suit of Rs.600 when sale is on 80% on date 9 Feb 09. My wife purchased this Track Suit for me. She want to gift me this on valentine day. When she gives me on 14 Feb 09. I saw there is a hole on Right arm of Track-Suit. I wear Track Suit for 3 hours. At 15 Feb 09 I went to showroom for change the track suit. Manager is not there. Attending Person said me that This change is not possible. Is this my Fault. He blamed me that I intenonally hole the track suit and come for a change. I[censored] want I also arrange Scanned Copy of bill for u.

                    I am not asking for change, I am informing u that no body has a right to tamper ur image. I[censored]r Cloth Quality is good, No Manager or worker has right to tamper ur image. When My wife met with Manager he is ready for change, But at that time sale was 70%. He asked my wife to give 300 Rs. More for change. Why we will give 300 Rs. more. I am working with International Company. I have no issue to give Rs. 300 for change, But i want to bring in ur notice how they handle cantabil customers.

                    I will make sure that me and my known never go to cantabil showroom for future purchasing. My wife already informed the manager. My wife purchased clothes worth of Rs. 5000 close to 9th Feb 09. My wife necver go to your showroom for purchasing.
