Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited — No consumer loan taken but in credit score it was showing as loan borrowed from capfloat

I have activated pay later service in Amazon through capital float. In my credit score it was showing that consumer loan of 2000 was taken from capfloat but no loan borrowed from them. Plz take action
