Refer to My CIBIL report indicating that there was a consumer loan for Rs.2, 000/- sanctioned to A/c No ending with ##9256 But I didn't borrow from Capfloat Financial Services Private Limited. Therefore, please correct the same and notify CIBIL as well.Please deactivate account.

I have not borrowed any loans from CapFloat. But my cibil shows 2 accounts as Consumer Loan
1. BEN21E[protected]
2.BEN21E[protected] Karur Vysya Bank.
I spoke to Karur Vysya Bank and they said they have a tie up with CapFloat and gave me CapFloat customer care number. Im trying to reach them but continuous busy.
Will wait today for rectification else will report this to RBI
