My CIBIL score is hampering because of some false entry in my CIBIL account details that i never applied.. Can you please check and delete the entries

I never ever done any transaction with CAPFLOAT and never even knew the name. The worst situation is that they are in my CIBIL and updated my profile fraud. Please take strict action against CAPFLOAT and block this company itself. Now due to this, my credit score is damaged and who will be accountable for this, I am not sure whom I can blame. no one is here to help in the situation I emailed them but no one is helping. I am having it here the same for the last 5 years.

This company employee will harrased by continue visiting home every day & also not spare any national holiday & Sunday..I want to know that only this finance company working on pan India
Please stop this Harrasement..some occasion can be held on holiday or Sunday but the company can't understand.
