I have never applied or approached CapFloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd for a consumer loan, however upon checking my recent CIBIL report, I was shocked to learn that there are 2 consumer loans tagged on my credit report from different banks with the same account number and both opened on the same date - September 20, 2022 with a sanctioned amount of INR 400 and INR 1600 respectively.

Dear Sir Madam, This number +91 [protected] has been alerted in my name Vivek Tiwari for the Last 7 years. I am a resident of Indore Madhya Pradesh. Now if I get a call and massages regarding EMI etc again in future, I will directly file a legal case.I am continuously receiving fake calls regarding EMI.

an account which was never created by me has been availed a loan and is been showed in my cibil report kindly rectify and delte any such account

I am using Amazon pay later service befor 2 year after 1 year this company doing unauthorised transaction from my bank account and taking so many charges I tried to call but they forword call in chat boat. Please do needful for my concern and since 2 year they did not provide NoC for given loan I don't have any amount pending still they did not provide NoC

I didn't take any kind of loan or didn't do any kind of transaction with Capfloat.
but it still showing as consumer loan in Cibil. close that Loan ASAP. it is impacting my cibil score.
Need proper explanation and resolution on priority.
Earlier I raised complaint on Nov 18 2022. that complaint is closed as issue is resolved. but still I'm able to see that loan. CLOSE THIS LOAN ASAP without making DELAY. this is 2nd time I'm creating this complaint.

This will affect my cibil score where I didn't take any consumer loan.

My credit score is being affected day by day as i had not opted but just enquired for credit card . i want you to stop this as my credit score is getting depleted.

In my credit cibil history i can see a loan given by Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd of Rs2000 which states that was issued on 07 May 2022, which is completely false. Requesting to please look in the matter as it might impact my credit rating in the long run.

I didn't taken any loan from Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd bank and karur vysysa bank through AXIO (So called), still they send me loan statement as attached in images.
When I contact their customer care they are not responding.
my cibil score has been reduced due to these two loans which I have not taken.
Also reported this issue through mail to customer care of axio.

Capfloat Financial Services Pvt Ltd — Fraud Company ---- reflects in the Cibil. I have never taken any kind of loan. Due to that my CIBIL hit very badly. I never ever done any transaction with CAPFLOAT and never even knew the name. The worst situation is that they are in my CIBIL and updated my profile fraud.
