Capgemini — About relieving letter experience letter or acceptance on mail

I have 6 month tenure in Capgemini 16 July 2021 to dec 22 2021. Daily i mail to hr, offboarding team no one replying well. I asked atleast give a acceptance on mail but they didn't . My family is depend on me my dad is no more, my mother is bed patient with arthesis, two little brothers studying.i have rent, emi, loan how I can manage this.my another offer is on hold but if Capgemini doesn't given me any document then what I need to do can I do suicide with my family. I request daily basis on mail but dnt have any proper reply.please help me in that.i humble request to you.

Hi team,
Please look into my problem and solve this. Capgemini is the my first compny which create pf account so I also not able to skip this experience because, of the experience letter please help me i m in such a big problem it's a affections on my whole life career how I can join another organisation.this problem create a situation for me like a suicide.i am so much helpless I request you please help me . No one processing well not hr not manager so please you look into this.

I release on 22 dec 2021 but still I didn't get any documents.already 1 month is completed but still didn't get document.dont play with employees life you are also a employee.how can I join another organisation.please i request you do my clerance which you told me desktop asap and give me a supporting letters please I humble request to you.
