Capgemini — Account is disable because HR is not responding

Hi All,
I got selected in capgemini on 31st August, 2021 and got a project in september. My onboarding process was done well at the time of joining. After 3 months they asked me for some documents of my previous company for background verification purpose. Which was very difficult for me because those documents were against the policies of my previous company But that I still arrange as much as possible and I gave them all the documents. I mailed my reporting HR or BU HR regarding this but even after multiple mails and reminders I did not received any kind of response from their side. I even called her on phone but she doesn't pick up. It's been 3 weeks that I have mailed regarding my issue but not a single person have bothered to reply me and tried to solve my issue. Even my salary has not come for this month. This kind of professional behaviour is totally not acceptable from the renown company like capgemini. As I am a fresher so its too disappointing and mentally stressful for me. At least someone tell me whether a document is missing or anything else that I can resolve and the work that I do should go ahead.
