Capgemini — Background verification and employment permit

I am Sajib Saha a fresher graduated in 2022 from Adamas University, Kolkata. I am a bangladeshi citizen and residing in India on long term visa . I have done my aadhar card and pan card(as a foreign citizen) using the LTV . Capgemini initiated the LOI for analyst A4 position in February 2022 where my superset id is:628109. I submitted my bangladeshi passport and all the academic qualifications including 10th and 12th passing certificate obtained from institutions in Bangladesh. Then I have received preonboarding training links and I have successfully completed the assignments in time . Then in october I received the joining link. As I received my LTV I have done my aadhar and pan in September.And I have sent them those with training agreement. I was expecting my offer letter soon. But I received my offer letter(Candidate id:6522932) in 27th January and my joining date is written 02.02.2023. Now I filled the wizard with all the details and uploaded all the documents including passport and long term visa .Long term visa enable me to do any private sector job.Then the HR called me and asked whether I filled the details correctly.. The HR didn't know that I am a Bangladeshi citizen. Then he asked me to send the ltv. I have mailed her .Now she is saying that it will take some time..I want to ask why it will take time as I already have submitted my passport way back in march 2022. Today I have applied for the employment permit to FRRO. And I have mailed the HR about that. She is not responding. If the HR don't verify my background after I receive the permit.I am going to court about this unethical practices and behaviour
