Hi All,
Dont worry about fake experience in Capgemini engineering they do BGV just for Eyewash not so perfect like Infosys. That too after BGV is clear as green then even if they found the employee joined with fake experience they wont terminate the employee because they have to answer the client and find new resource as replacement.

I have provided 7 years of fake experience but i actually had 2 years experience at the time of joining CG.
After clearing my BGV with half backed investigation, they found i joined with fake experience but they didnt terminate me since i was already started working in RNTBCI (Renault Nissan) client side at Mahindra world city. Since they cant answer Renault nissan - RNTBCI for my termination and cant get another resource in very short time, Iam still working in Capgemini Engineering under deputation in RNTBCI even after they found i provided fake experience. BGV of CAPGEMINI Engineering is like babies doing enquiry for name sake
Also i hidden pan number used in non IT company and got a new pan which i shown in IT companies so that BGV team cant find my old original experience
