I am trying to withdraw my provident fund amount after 5 years. Capgemini had entrusted the responsibility of handling the PF withdrawal/transfer to a company called Trustwell Management and Consulting Services LLP. I raised a withdrawal request with them on 3rd November 2021. I got a reply saying that the PF Fund managed by Capgemini PF trust is transferred to EPFO, effective July 1, 2021 and the transition will be completed in few months.
I followed up with them again on December 12 and got a response from Trustwell team that the PF balances are updated in the EPFO portal. When I logged in to the EPFO portal, I was able to see my PF account number - THTHA[protected] but when I attempted to view the passbook it was saying - "passbook not available for this member ID as this pertains to exempted establishment(i.e.. trust)". So, I replied to them about this issue and they looped [protected]@allsectech.com and asked them to check why the PF balance is not reflecting in the EPFO portal.
From this point onward, there was no response from the Capgemini team - [protected]@allsectech.com.
I sent another email to retiralhelpdesk.[protected]@capgemini.com and offboardingservices.[protected]@capgemini.com on 6th January 2022 with my employee details, UAN number and PF account number and explained the issue again. I got an auto reply with a ticket number RID-1924-[protected] and promised that they will respond back in 3 working days but till date no response from them.
They are withholding my PF contributions illegally and are not responding to my emails. I am losing faith on getting back my hard earned money after looking at their irresponsible behavior and dishonesty.
My humble request to this forum to help me get my PF contributions back from Capgemini in a time bound manner.

I am requesting you to support to get my PF withdraw or surrender to EPFO.
Currently [protected]@neocasemail.com team is handling it. From past 1 month I am sending every week followup mails. No response from them.
From 5 years I am trying for the same. But every time with some reason 3rd party PF partner changing and my PF I am requesting again and again.
Please help to withdraw my PF or surrender the same to EPFO. I have all details including accumulation OF amount details. But last mail disappointed me, as they shared to correct my address/name by linking some wrong UAN no. After that I resent many mails with all necessary details like correct UAN number, DOJ, PF no. but existing PF support team [protected]@neocasemail.com not re spondingn to my mails.
Please help.
