I worked wit capita India, pune in magarpatta tower 10
I had just finished my training and within week they asked us to leave organization. My complaint is that I am not satisfied with the reasons they gave us bad performance.. And nps scores .I scored 10/10 nps could my performance is bad.I did not even given a chance to perform on floor. I have never received any feedback, no warnings, no pip nothing. How can they ask me to leave without a reason. I am not happy with this.I want to work.I should get a chance to perform.and show my talent. Was this information helpful? |
