i have worked for capita india pvt. Ltd for one and a half
month. My journey starting from 06/02/2023 to 15/02/2023.
I was not paid the salary on time. My salary of tge month of february was put on hold by my line manager and the ops manager.
Faced discrimination and immense partiality.
Salary put down on hold on purpose and was shown a way out of the company on 15/02/2023, leading to financial crsisis and developing long term mental health issues along with susicidal thoughts.
Was promised that i would be receiving my fnf amount in 45 days from 15/02/2023, but when emailed the fnf team about the updates, received a mail reply saying
"our 45 days tat of fnf settlement is not valid now due to technical issues".
All this being done against employee rights and laws.
Name of the person because of whm my salary was put on hold junaid inamdar.([protected])
faced religious discrimation during training and was purposely not passes throught the traianig and certification phase, threats received.Salary put on hold.

    I left capita india pvt. Ltd. On 15/12/2017 & have joined another organisation. I have requested on epfo website to transfer my pf amount from capita india pvt. Ltd. To my current organisation. It's been more than a month now & capita india pvt. Ltd. Is taking so long to accept my request. So kindly help me with this.

      I have worked as Finance associate Capita Mumbai and i relieved from the company in january 2019 it's been almost 2 and half months and still i didn't received my ffs and relieving letter.

      I should submit my relieving letter to my current employer for background verification. Its been 1 and half months and my current employer now asking to provide relieving letter as soon as possible.

      I emailed to the company, contacted hr but now they are saying it will take some time.
      Bro I left capita in 2017. Still chasing them for fnf n relieving letter. Its 2021 now.

        The transport system is all # up. The drivers rule the transport facility. If they allow you then you be added to the cab otherwise not. If sometimes ur cab is not rostered then u will not get the cab soon and you have to beg to the transport to add u in a cab. Can never comes on time and i[censored] did not get a drop then u will be a beggar for that night. # working staff. Bad experience.

          I worked wit capita India, pune in magarpatta tower 10 I had just finished my training and within week they asked us to leave organization. My complaint is that I am not satisfied with the reasons they gave us bad performance.. And nps scores .I scored 10/10 nps could my performance is bad.I did not even given a chance to perform on floor. I have never received any feedback, no warnings, no pip nothing. How can they ask me to leave without a reason. I am not happy with this.I want to work.I should get a chance to perform.and show my talent.
          Please help us go get our jobs back

            Hello there One year back I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer. It is icici debit card (visa card). Now it was given me at same time of opening account.So there is no name on the card. I tried it few time for online transactions but suddenly my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message: "For security reasons your debit card purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions. To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care. To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'Continue' ". I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction? Please help me out

              Hi,

              I have left Capita India Pvt Ltd on March 2010. I opted for withdrawing the provident Fund and I have been told that I will received in 5-6 months. I waited till November and than I started following up from December 2010. Every time when I write mail, I have been told that they are looking into it without giving me the exact idea of the process. When I call them, they ask me to call next month. I have been following up continuously through phone and emails from last 5 months and have still not received any assurance of receiving my hard earn money back.

              Hi,

              I left Capita on 20Dec 2017. I have been trying to contact Capita to get my PF details since Nov 2019 However I did not get any success.I managed to get the details somehow. But now I am trying to update my Father's name on the portal and want to get in touch with the right person but there is no email where I can contact them. I haver not faced any such issue in my previous organisation. I need the money as there is an emergency.

              Please Help.
