[Resolved] Capita India Pvt Ltd — Withdrawal of Provident Fund | |||
Hi, I have left Capita India Pvt Ltd on March 2010. I opted for withdrawing the provident Fund and I have been told that I will received in 5-6 months. I waited till November and than I started following up from December 2010. Every time when I write mail, I have been told that they are looking into it without giving me the exact idea of the process. When I call them, they ask me to call next month. I have been following up continuously through phone and emails from last 5 months and have still not received any assurance of receiving my hard earn money back. I left Capita on 20Dec 2017. I have been trying to contact Capita to get my PF details since Nov 2019 However I did not get any success.I managed to get the details somehow. But now I am trying to update my Father's name on the portal and want to get in touch with the right person but there is no email where I can contact them. I haver not faced any such issue in my previous organisation. I need the money as there is an emergency.
Please Help.
