Dear sir/madam,

Myself ankur singh and i was working for panasonic electronic company at the position of sales executive at choice electronic in laxmi nagar delhi-110092 since october 2015 to january 2018.

One of the customer purchased the led tv and an ac of panasonic brand through finance from capital first and the executive of capital first check and submit all the necessary documents.

Now...

I have two emi on capital first... They debiting cash on 2nd day of every month...in this september month, i deposited my amount of emi before 2nd...

After 10days a sms came... Rs 295 deducted by capital first... Why doing this?
I want a immediate refund

Multiple issues not one. Do not know where should i start with. Initially, i wanted to swap my ach, sent documents multiple. Times no response but keep on charging the bouncing charges. I got it reverted finally in march 2020. Then it's lockdown. Opted for maritorioum. They presented a unknown amount of 5600₹ to my savings account without my knowledge. Then in september, amount was there however processed ₹590 for 9 times plus 5600₹ do not know for what. Called customer service which is charged line with increased price. Customer service could not explianed me and spent ₹15. Wrote multiple emails, twitted them, no response.in this pandemic when i am jobless still trying to meet my obligations but on top of it their collection calls omg threatening tyagi, akriti too rude.. Tum paisa kha gaye.. I asked send me email and akrity said you will get calls all the day... Wow.. It's harrassment.. I am stuck with this bank and want to know my rights and want to sue them. I am really pisses off...

My self vinay up 16 cm 0941 i submitted rest amount through online before 30 days before ago after till time to no any loan adjust to my loan account and emi as per continue as schedule i am very disappointed idfc service's please provide me resolution i am several time talk with customer care but all time says under one aur two days whole loan close
Please resolve my problem otherwise i am bound to be take a legal action against capital firstfirst.

It's almost 2.5+ yrs now but till the date i've not received vehicle paper
(The papers i got are the duplicates, registered on someone else's name) paid all the emis on time, did continuous follow up also but no result, the shop from where i bought the motor is closed now.

In August 2020 Rs. 295 was deducted and on September 2020 Rs. 295 was deducted unnecessarily. In this pandemic Iam facing lot of financial problems I want my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.

Why is my easy buy card temporarily blocked.Please give me some good explanation for this.After making so much purchases and also repaying in time to time why my card got blocked.I am facing many problems for this.
Please try to unlock my card as soon as possible.

As per the conversation on December 2019 with the official personnel,
If I repay the amount before 10 days of the due date then my cheque will not be present on the following month and the next due date will be updated automatically. but surprise I have -8000 balance in my savings account. because these [censored]heads present the cheques thrice in a single month. and there is no one available at their customer care. it is a sht nothing else.

I am having a problem with the capital first monthly emi deduction.As I had taken four loans previous year[protected] and the capital first was not deducting the loan amount automatically from the bank account and when the date of payment arrives they won't deduct it and they call us to pay the loan amount from Paytm after the date of loan payment and once they had sended their employee at the house to collect the payment through the cheque and we had asked him that this will break our countinuity payment record or deteriorate our record but he had said that the record will not get deteriorated.But now the loan was completed but our record was deteriorated and we can't take loans no more and the capital first had sended us the message to pay the late emi payment fee.

My card no. 11614217 is been shown blocked at the sale shops and i have tried to reach to you several time but your customer care no. line is busy all the time.

All of my dues and EMI are been cleared by my side and i am to having the transaction record of all the EMI payments but i am unable to use it

I had taken loan from idfc till now not even a single check bounce in my account then why my card has been blocked

My capital first which got activated in may has been blocked may i know the reason behind it. Im clearing my emi's every month without fail but still ut has been blocked

I am paying my emi time to time but suddenly i visited a nearby store to purchase a phone but he told me that your card is blocked
I mean to say why the hell they blocked my card
I want my card to be activated asap...

I have 3 loans with capital first bank out of which 2 are scheduled to start on 2nd july 2020. 1 loan is already running and it's 3 emi are paid. The last emi deduction happened 2nd june 2020 of amount rs. 1193. Now on 10th june i have a rs. 476 deduction from my account which i don't understand. While getting in touch with capital first representative they said they didn't charge it but i can see the deduction happened from ecs of idfc capital first and i also confirmed with bank. They also said its from capital first but this guys deny the charges. I want my money back or a solution with upcoming emis.

I am sarvesh vasant kshirsagar in last 2018 I have got 2wheeler bike on finance capital ltd. And I am reguarly paid emi in my sbi account then his last june 2020 my account debit by 1475rs and this not my regular emi debit from my bank account his debited from capital first bank telegram loan account

I understand that in this recent pandemic situation it is difficult for everyone to operate, but businesses are still functioning a company's real mettle is tested in such times. My easy buy card is coming up as temporary blocked suddenly i have never failed to pay emis. I haven't even opted for moratorium that the rbi has extended. There has been no lpc. The phone lines are not working to your customer service and why don't you guys have an email support team or an email address where grievances can be registered? This is absolutely not consumer friendly.
