I never know this company still i got SMS to repayment the loan and it also reflect in my credit score. it decrease my credit score please take action on this fraud company

i had purchased a policy from policy bazar on emi but the message was coming for amazon pay later was confusing me that was the mistake so i call them and they provides me details about my that loan and the issue is resolved..
