I tried to register for Amazon Pay Later (capital float) on 11th March with my IndusInd Bank acc. But it did not accept it don't know why. So I tried again with HDFC Bank acc. And it was successful. But capital float repayment tries to debit the amount from my IndusInd Bank and not the hdfc bank. The Amazon pay later shows Repayment schedule for my hdfc bank. So I contacted capital float..for 2-3 times they did not accept it.. they said we are registered with HDFC hence we r not charges ECS on IndusInd Bank . Later I investigated with my IndusInd Bank and they showed me that it is capital float who is charges ECS.. shared the details with the capital float. Then they said we will look into it... It took them several calls and emails and more than one month to come to conclusion that the acc registered with them is IndusInd Bank and not hdfc ...now they ask me to share the details where it shows hdfc registered. They totally flipped the situation. Not they just keep on buying time and no solution. Please help me deal with them. Capital float has charged we twice for ecs . In short. I have registered Hdfc Bank and still they r charging me on IndusInd bank. I need my money back. Thank you.

Complaint marked as Resolved
The officials took some time, but they did refund me total amount that I had lost due the ECS charges. And refund was processed the second day after they mailed me about the refund... Hence I mark this resolved.
