Someone taken policy from Policy Bazzar using my details in Capital float and they are requesting me to pay money.

I have already discussed with policy Bazar they confirmed no loan on my name.

I paid my 470 rs of deu on 19 th of november and my deu date is 5 th of december then also they cutt my 706 rs agin from my saving account...

I have already being raised a complain that from expertons they have done the fraud and took 20000 from capital float and converted into emi without information .till now from capital float has been not cancel and cibil is being effecting. kindly check to it and revert it back...

I had taken loan from Capital float & cleared everything for which I have received an email too on the same but these agents have submitted to the CIBIL stating that my loan is due.
This is totally Unfair and not right on their part to do this to a customer.

Need action on this immediately....

I have paid my entire debt to Capital float and they are still showing that I haven't paid and putting interest on it again and again. My entire credit score is dead now, I won't be able to get any credit from anywhere for 2 or more years. And their customer care! They are dead people, nobody is there for customer's help....

I have been using pay later on Amazon. Axio(Capital Float) is the lending partner.

I had a due amount of Rs.2721 for Oct to be paid within 5th Nov 2022. I had paid it on 4th Nov but again on 5th Nov I got debited with the same amount of Rs.2721.
Twice I got charged.

I tried to contact customer support but they could only be contacted through Whatsapp. Very bad support process as I could not connect with...

I have been trying to get in contact with the axio capital float team but they keep saying that customer care is only via whatsapp chat and on chat there is no response....

An amount of 3800 was due on 5th of aug 21 against my Amazon Pay Later bill.
I made it on 5th of aug manually but they again deducted amount on 6th aug and 9th aug.
Attempted to resolve via calls and emails but there services are so pathetic....

I was Failed to repay my loan of Capital float for 2 Months.
So whenever i tried to do the payment their server will not connect to my bank A/c. and they also deduct the amount from my bank A/c without my permission and that Amount was Apart from Loan.

Neither i have used this application walnut369 for payment any time nor i have taken any loan from Capital first. Then why i have to pay this.
