Hi, I have subscribed bullion metals commodity tips scheme of Capital via Global Research Limited by paying 9000 for 1 months. The next day i got the tips(call/sms) from Mr. Vijay singh sales make me profit of 1000. The he called me ext day ad offer assured call pack by up-gradation for 3 months package by paying RS 13000/ more. He told me that in this pack he and one analyst assist me for assured profit. I had taken 2 days for thinking. After i was upgraded. He also told that you invest more than 50000/ rs in your commodity account for trade. I have invested Rs 72000/. In next tips make me loss in crude oil. He did not told to make SL in any trade. when i called, they assured me to recover the loss amount next trading day. During first week itself, not a single call went positive. I have got loss of 45000/ in trading account, only 8000/ left. I freezed the membership then and there for a 2-3 days. When analysed the calls given by them in my 2nd week of subscription, I can understand that nobody can always win here - but seemed they were following "Always-Lose" formula. I placed the request for refund of money - but was denied saying there was no such policy in the company. I got the calls after few days by a another person on inquiring they said i have only SMS subscription have no analyst call service in my profile but after that there was no calls. As I have only made losses & have no money left to trade, I asked for termination of services & refund for the subscription services i have not used, but they refused. when I told about filing a case against the company they said that consumer court or SEBI no one has any authority over them. I just wanted the refund of my subscription charges & the losses incurred by me due to taking the services of such a fraud company. Absolutely worst experience for me. I have call records of sales and other person who contact and give call for trade. This is a pure fraud company.please take necessary against them. My name is Kishan. I'm from Delhi. One day I received a call from CAPIAL VIA INDORE. Caller name is JYOTI. She convince me for a free trial for one day. Next day I got a call in which I did not trade and it hit the Stop loss. I called her and asked, is this type of services you r giving to your customer...Then she gave me another call in which I got a profit of Rs.2000. In the evening she called me regarding the registration and she convinced me to deposit the money. I deposit 3000 for a one week but the monthly charges are 15000. She promised me for sure shot call on next day.
Next day she gave me call and result was hit the SL. I was earning RS.1000 and losing approx 2000 from there calls. This happened everyday. In between I got a call from ROOPAL, LAXMI SHARMA and DHARNVEER, these are in senior position in CAPITAL VIA. Every one promised me for profit but the result was loss. The total from there side is Rs.30000. These people are cheater. Guys don't believe on this company and it's employees.
This is totally fraud company. PLzzzzzzzzzzz don't invest on it.

(payment Reference Number: msbi[protected]) Capitalvia lured me to pay 6000 than 5000 in the name of providing profitable stock tips but did not followed what assured. I started getting delayed intraday call type tips instead of cash calls as assured with almost 95% incorrect predictions that too with late intimation. When complaint further they asked me to pay another 10000 as Stock cash plus premium service where they will assign their executive as analyst to take care of my portfolio and will personally attend to ensure that I would invest with correct stock and in time with guaranteed success. Since I already spent good amount with them I have believe in their theory. But to my surprise they again stopped calling and sms, when inquired they said your amount of investment is too less and it should be at least 1Lakh at a time. When I remind them on what they assured me and promised than again kept assuring me that still there is time and you will get your investment earned. Now again they stopped providing service via call and even no sms. I am being now felt like cheated on what was assured to me by Capitalvia executives and what is being delivered. Already paid around 20K of service fees and lost another 5K in recommended shares in past 12 days. Every recommendation is turned out to be almost 95% incorrect thus loosing my hard earned money till now. Seeing no alternative I lodged a complaint with SCORES (SEBI) with compaint no. SEBIE/KN14/0000378/1 . Please help me on this and do something against such fraud practice by this company so that other investors become alert. Name of people involved in this game: - Himshikha Rahtod, Shrivatsa.bainya, ganesh.bavskar, vijay singh.

I come to know dreamgains and capital via both are merged and making fool together to clients ..Guys please stop wasting your time for company .. and go only with that man who can give u profit first and then take charges. past few months I am using 1 of analyst services whose performance is pretty good name is Rahul MB no [protected]. Guys don't loose your hard earn money.

i am from andhra pradesh tirupati, i getting tips from varies company, but i paid Rs 7000 money to this 420 capital via i did big mistake after paying money they didnt give single tips but they call daily for asking about me &my personal detail for one hour, they started to brainwash me to pay for one year subscribe but finally i came to no this is not tips company pls tell to ur friends not to join this company 100% fraud company

I am very disappointed with the CapitalVia attitude towards customer services.
Initially i was subscribed with Rs 15000 for one month in cash intraday & i had given good services with everyday follow up for each call provided.
However i was told to extend my services to Rs 35000, for premium intraday cash calls, so i done as per suggestions . But i was very disappointed for no such type of calls provided. As i found there was no difference in normal & premium calls provided.
After some days my account manager was changed & he given me two day future cash trial & suggested another Rs 25000 for this services. I told him i don't want to be in futures but only intraday premium calls. This resulted me with no voice suggestions in premium calls or even SMS was sent was not received at right time.
So i decided to stop services from CapitalVia through i have five months balance in premium call subscription period.
I think this is not going to affect you business due to my complaint but for me it is very much affected.
I will suggest my friends & will circulate this complaint through social network so atleast people will be cautious before subscribing to CapitalVia.

My Sincere request to all traders, Please don't fall for the sugar coated words by capital via. From my personal experiance they are completely fraud company. Only aim is to trap new people in trading and keen to make money. Invest the amount which u planned to give it for such company to ur capital and invest in some good stocks for medium or long term.asut

I lost huge amount sbscribing capitalvia's metal pack.I lost everything in my hand.Every week there will be 2 -3 stoploss.Whenever I called them, they said that we will recover ur loss.But nothing changes for me.I lost around 80, 000 in a month.Then when I searched for a genuine website, I saw a website from kerala www.marketadvisor4u.com.After seeing their track sheet I was impressed.I paid 3000 for 1 week trial.No stoploss hit in that week.I subscribed for 3 months pack.I'm trading with 2 lots only.I'm getting good profit now.My subsription will end this month.Planning to continue with them.

I had subscribed to the 3-month equity (cash tips) package from capital via worth Rs. 11, 000. During that period, They sent tips, which were really useless. Instead of earning profits, I suffered losses throughout, with every tip of theirs. Which is really a cheating on their part? I have registered a complaint in the complaints section of their website also, but I do not think it will be of any use. Kindly take note of this complaint and take necessary action.
Captitalvia is a fraud company.Plz don't subscribe to them.I lost 2 lac in their commodity pack.Their performance sheet is fake.Message is always delayed.We will not get the entry in most of the profit calls.Loss...Loss...Loss...for traders.I started my trading with www.marketadvisor4u.com in July 2016 after reading good reviews in google.I would say, they are giving 100 percent accurate calls.No stoploss hit in July.I got a profit of Rs.60, 000 last month.My capital is only 50, 000.In my experience I think this is the best advisory company in India updating genuine performance in their track sheet.

look like a analysis is not qualified or not experienced in the market because they have to provide any recommendation then they send anything.
I request you please do not join this "faltu type of company". I pray to Bhagavan that I only earn money from the market which I was paid to this nonsense company for the subscription.
This is my strong recommendation please do not take this company subscription otherwise you will lose your money within a week.
