dear sir i have buy mahindra XUV 500 on dated 5/10/2013, since till date there are several problems which are not solved by your service center people and they say this company fault, faults like head light stop working in 20 to 25 days, door glass jamming, sensors out of order etc. just before 10 days ago we meet with an accident because of not working of headlight at night, then we gave our car to caravel motor service they have not touch the car for 10 days and we have bumper to bumper insuarance in that case they have not changed parts. We have serviced our car through Caravel Motors Pvt. There engineer says you have to repair this parts by your own way from the company only other wise warrenty will not be continue. my car no .
