Car Dekho — My car amaze sold but not yet transferred

I sold my white amaze car Dl4CAN9185
to car dekho on August 2021.till now they have sold my car to another party in gwalior but still not transferred on his name.i have details of that person.now please see to this matter immediately because already 6 months are gone no response from car dekho.i have all the paperwork with me.please transfer immediately.
