I have handed over my car to CAR24 dated 18-Jan-2022. As per agreement CAR24 will pay the outstanding loan balance and collect the NOC but from 6 days car24 misleading me and daily they have different story on closing the loan. Then i have asking to please return my car but they refusing to return my car. the current condition is, they not paying the outstanding the loan and not ready to return my car as well. i have no option other then moving for legal proceedings.
regarding this many times i have call and sent mail to customer car but not responded the call and mail yet. which kind of service they are providing .actually car24 is made for cheating and fraud with customer. Was this information helpful? |
