Car24 — Regarding Challan, which Car I have sold in 2019 to Car24

I have sold my car- DL4CAD5538 (Spark-1.0 LS) to Car24 in 2019 but till dated I am showing as a Car owner and today I have received a Challan, which is sent to Court today.

Please help here as soon as possible
