Dear all, looking at testimonials on their site I went ahead and placed order for a pair of diamond pearl earrings. After that i realised that all those testimonials might just eb fake, After i placed the order, no one called me reagrding the order or saying it shipped. After a week, i received a pair of earrings which did not look like teh item ordered.i was promised replacement within week. after 10 days i recieved another pair which wer completely messed up. thistimeit was Shyam. again within 10 days no communication what so ever till i sent email asking status. Then again they exchanged for another pair after 10 days. this time teh ones i received i thought were perfect. But the first time i wore them, tye pearl fell off. so much for best online jewelry store service and quality. This time i am pissed off. i spent about 4 weeks for an item that i ordered and still get a low quality item. I requested them to refund partial amount for alltnsi pain and damages and they rfused unfact no repsonse in that reagrd. today i called and asked them to take the item back and refund my money in full.PATHETIC is the word.
