jewelry ordered from caratlane delivered till date.

I have ordered an replacement for the previous one on 20th march, there is still no update under the order tracking tab on the caratlane app. Have connected several times to the executive on the provided number on the app, got to hear the same story that the package shall be delivered tomorrow.
Please look into it asap or refund the amount for the previous order also, please ask your executive to collect the order as i really do not have any interest left in ordering the product again from your site.
Please write me back on [protected]@gmail.com with the detailed explanation as why i am facing delay in response/ receiving the delivery/return of the previously ordered item.

refund not reflecting in my bank account yet
Had made purchases via my debit card on Caratlane. I had cancelled those
orders after a few days. They stated that they have sent the refund via their payment gateway PayU.
I then received emails from email id [protected]@payu.im stating refund is being processed for all the cancelled orders on Jan 29 and 30 via
PayU reference ids [protected],
[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Caratlane provided transaction references numbers for the same as [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
However it has been more than two weeks of business days and I still have not
received the refund in my bank account.

forgery billing, not paying property taxes

Its an online jewellery company who does fraudulent, duplicate, illegal billing in crores & lakhs, no proper taxes r not been paid properly to indian govt d t. M mainly miss. Divya r ravindran uses all her team mates fr her personal lyf helps, favours. L, takes money, loans, etc etc many of them do d same fraudenlency, #42, rutland gate,, 2, and st, nungambakkam, chennai

I am santosh kumari from ajmer rajasthan... few days back i ordered a gold jewellary of rupees- 10448/- and i paid whole amount online ., & i got the parcel on 1st dec.2015 and when i opened that parcel i saw empty box from caratlane, i was shocked it was very hard to control my self . I compaint immediately to caratlane customer care & informed them about the empty box and requested them to refund my payment .
They has taken 3 days for their investigation & after that they replied to me by telling that We did a complete background verification and see that the product was indeed inside the box that we had sent to you, hence you are required to provide us a FIR to claim the insurance and provide you back a refund.
I went to police station also but the police also denied to write the FIR and said that this is the case of consumer court we cant make the FIR . now i am very much upset and feeling helpless. please help me to get my refund. This is the 1st and worst experience i faced with a well known reputed online brand caratlane.
I am sending some attachments as proof, , , bt i cant give my whole address and contact number so that i am covering that area where my address and contact number is mentioned. plz help me if possible.

Failed to deliver order as promised and pathetic service

Dear all, looking at testimonials on their site I went ahead and placed order for a pair of diamond pearl earrings. After that i realised that all those testimonials might just eb fake, After i placed the order, no one called me reagrding the order or saying it shipped. After a week, i received a pair of earrings which did not look like teh item ordered.i was promised replacement within week. after 10 days i recieved another pair which wer completely messed up. thistimeit was Shyam. again within 10 days no communication what so ever till i sent email asking status. Then again they exchanged for another pair after 10 days. this time teh ones i received i thought were perfect. But the first time i wore them, tye pearl fell off. so much for best online jewelry store service and quality. This time i am pissed off. i spent about 4 weeks for an item that i ordered and still get a low quality item. I requested them to refund partial amount for alltnsi pain and damages and they rfused unfact no repsonse in that reagrd. today i called and asked them to take the item back and refund my money in full.PATHETIC is the word. NO service, low quality items. Never shop with them unless u ahve money and time to lose.

Ordered a ring v5522F78 need it for gifting called every day since 2 weeks for requesting timely delivery, after giving fake lie assurance spoilt the suprise changed my address to CaratLane store begged again and again for it delay delay delay
