I have ordered an replacement for the previous one on 20th march, there is still no update under the order tracking tab on the caratlane app. Have connected several times to the executive on the provided number on the app, got to hear the same story that the package shall be delivered tomorrow.
Please look into it asap or refund the amount for the previous order also, please ask your executive to collect the order as i really do not...

Had made purchases via my debit card on Caratlane. I had cancelled those
orders after a few days. They stated that they have sent the refund via their payment gateway PayU.
