[Resolved]  Caratlane — issue with online order in www.caratlane.in using emi option

Becareful with emi option in caratlane. This is not for the sake of customers. You need to struggle a lot to get your down payment amount back.

The day i got updates from kissht, struggling a lot just to get the updates about "refund of the amount i paid to place order!!!". Neither i got call from kissht / fastbanking nor they are responding to my calls. Tried to call on:[protected]/2402/2431 and[protected]As you mentioned in the mail from kissht).

After continuous follow ups with both caratlane and kissht team - no progress till now. As per communication from kissht team and also caratlane customer care, order will be cancelled automatically within 24 hours, once application in not approved by fast banking. Still the order status is: "order placed" for two items.in fact for first item status is: "order confirmed" (Total three items are included in the order). Is this the way you provide services to customer. If so i consider it as very worst service.

Tomorrow i'm going to escallate this issue to higher management, visiting personally caratlane store in hyderbad. When it is not possible to process the application, they should refund my amount. Still requesting them to process the refund on high priority.
