Cardekho — Claim denied because of cardekho's 7days policy of rc transfer

This is to inform you that Yatharth Kalonia, currently the owner of the car KIA Sonet DL8CBB1840 had met with an Accident on 25th December 2021 which was purchased from Car dekho dated 18th December 2021. According to Cardekho's policy the process of RC transfer takes place after 7 days from the date of purchase but unfortunately the accident happened in these 7 days, due to which the insurance company denied the claim. According to the insurance company the claim was denied because the RC was not transferred at the time of the accident. At the time of accidence the car was insured and as per the surveyor and inspector the accident was genuine. The claim was denied because the process of RC transfer was delayed by CARDEKHO (As per their policy).

After all the telephonic conversations with the senior manager (Mr. Amit Srivastava) and Mr.Abhimanyu, it was concluded that the repair work should start in the workshop and they assured the company will compensate for the loss. If the company would have denied the claim on the initial stage we would have got this vehicle repaired from outside. Now when the company has to pay for the claim, the assigned person is not answering the calls.
Mr. Abhimanyu is handling this case and he assured the company will pay for the claim. Daily almost 10-15 calls are made to Mr. Abhimanyu but he never answers them. This is his responsibility to update the owner regularly on this case but he has failed to do that. This is such unprofessional behaviour. After so many emails and calls there is no response from CARDEKHO. The company is doing nothing.
It's been more than 24 hours now that we have been waiting for the calls. Yesterday also we called customer support to accelerate the process but according to the team the matter is already accelerated.

It's almost 2 months now and the car has been repaired but the company is not answering the phone calls. This matter was supposed to close 15 days back and still the problem is unattended.

The car was bought from CARDEKHO because of good after sales service. But in this case the problem is because of Cardekho. If Cardekho continues giving this kind of service to the customers, then it will soon vanish from the market.
