Cardekho.com — Fraudulent Membership Sold

As discussed with Cross Roads customer care executive, we have taken a Cross Roads membership on 7th July 2022 and payed Rs 1000 for 2 years.

My car broke down today and I have reached out to customer care executive for the membership provided No [protected]. However, I was being told that the registration was on someone else’s name and my vehicle was not registered. Neither my phone number nor my car.

Also, the Executive requested that we shouldn't complain to Police and he will fix this in next two days.

I had written to the companies email address and raised a complain to several executives but there have had been no response and this company is a Total Fraud.

I would request you to please look into this matter further as this is a fraudulent Membership given on the company’s name leaving me at no place but to do a Police complaint for the same.
