Car Dekho. No show for test drive
My mbl no. [protected]. My appointment was fixed for test drive yesterday between 4 to 5pm. Not only no body turned up but no call or message!!
This gives me impression that this is non reliable company. We wasted time till 6.30. General 1800 number also could not get through
I am disappointed as your company came highly recommended

As discussed with Cross Roads customer care executive, we have taken a Cross Roads membership on 7th July 2022 and payed Rs 1000 for 2 years.

My car broke down today and I have reached out to customer care executive for the membership provided No [protected]. However, I was being told that the registration was on someone else’s name and my vehicle was not registered. Neither my phone number nor my car.

Also, the Executive requested that we shouldn't complain to Police and he will fix this in next two days.

I had written to the companies email address and raised a complain to several executives but there have had been no response and this company is a Total Fraud.

I would request you to please look into this matter further as this is a fraudulent Membership given on the company’s name leaving me at no place but to do a Police complaint for the same.

We have sold our car through CarDekho on June 28. As per the contract, final payment amount is 159100 however 136000 was paid on June 28, and 25000 was put as blocked amount. We were told that 25000 would be credited within 24 hours after party pesi completion at RTO. 14 days have passed already after I signed documents at RTO, still no money has been credited. We made numerous calls to CarDekho consultant who made deal, and he stopped attending our calls, nor did he reply on messages. We dropped an email to Cardekho support to which we got an initial generic response that Team is looking into this but thereafter no response. We made couple of tweets and received the same generic response that team is looking into this. More than the money not being paid in full, it is more of a matter of false commitments, false ETA, lack of transparency and a complete case of fraud. Not responding customer and closing all channels of communication is highly unprofessional and annoying. Getting a generic email saying team is looking into this and would revert back as soon as possible makes no sense if we don't get to hear even the status to which the case currently stands at. Pathetic. Kindly look at this irregularities.

We had sold our car DL1CL 4385 to cardekho in may at a price of 61, 000 . At the time of pickup the company blocked a sum of 15, 000 since we had not provided them the NOC of the car. Now its been more than a month that we provided them the NOC but company is not paying the remaining sum of 15, 000. I have mailed numerous mails to the [protected]@cardekho.com to which they responded on the initial mail but now 10 days have passed of complaining but they neither respond nor have done anything. The representive who was incharge doesnt pick up our call anymore and support team doesn't respond to my mails. I have moved out of india so probably they are trying to exploit my situation. I have all the proofs do let me know where they should be furnished.
Its more than a finanical loss for me as this whole fraud has taken away my mental peace.

pls resolve issue and let me purchasd the vehicle as promised by company

I have placed 2 orders on this portal until now and both times it has been a nightmare.

First order (# UCZBAMCKI): I had ordered 2 pieces of car freshener; After receiving the package I saw that there was only one piece, whereas they collected the price of 2 pieces. When I reported the same to their customer care, I received a response saying that they will get back to me in 48 hours. I waited for 4 days and then inquired again. I receive the same standard response again. I again waited for 4 days and contacted them. They told me that they will arrange for reverse pick-up of the product. I had to write them 10 emails, before they picked up the product. After a month of follow-up, my amount was refunded, after spending so much of time behind this silly thing.

Second order (# NDOQXHBOI): I thought that my experience with them on the first order might be an exception and wanted to go for a car vacuum cleaner from the same portal. However, they proved yet again that I was expecting too much from them. I received the package with vacuum cleaner and I was unable to use it for a week, since I had too much work at office and was busy. After a week, I was cleaning my car and used the vacuum cleaner. To my horror, it was a defective piece. The motor was working but the fan was not attached to the motor. It was broken and fallen off inside the motor compartment. It also appeared to be a used piece. I informed the same to the customer care and immediately I received a response email informing me that they can take the product back only within 7 days and I was informing this to them on 8th day.

To me, it appears that there is a pattern to the way this portal works. They either send incorrect quantity or defective products. If the customers are diligent enough to check it immediately and report it, they take it back after much of follow-up. Else, the customer ends up with a unusable product or less quantity and ends up losing hard earned money.

Hence, my request to fellow shoppers is - Please beware of this shopping portal's tactics; Please think hundred times before spending your hard earned money to buy products on this portal.
